Yes, it is a pretty good size, but then again it is another room, isn't it. I always advise my customers to go for a good size conservatory for two main reasons:
1. They will use the room more than they thought they would "we almost live in it"; is a common expression I hear, and
2. it gets much cheaper per square foot the bigger it gets, because you only pay for the front once, no matter how far out you go. Think about it! |
